2. The blood picture during the early stage showed high concentration and neutrophilic leucocytosis, but during late stage it was return to normal.
3. The plasma Na and Ca level seemed not to be influenced by the degree of the dehydration but plasma K concentration decreased slightly in the early stage and moderately in the later stage.
4. The plasma specific Gravity was 1.030(1. 028-1. 040) on admission and returned to normal value on recovering stage.
5. The CO2 content ranged from 5mEq/1 to 23mEq/1 and it¢¥s mean value was; l4mEq/L

9. The initial fluid requirement of the cholera cases ranged from 300 to 2,700 ml and the mean value was 1, 100 mL
